The Sales Coordinator will organize and coordinate sales activities and will work directly with the Director of Business Development and Sales Team in an administrative and support function.
1. Manages all aspects of exhibitor requests.*2. Produce and maintain sales reports, proposals and other sales related material.*3. Oversees and tracks ticket inventory for the sales department.*4. Assures all aspects of accounts for sales department are accurate and updated inSalesforce and AXS.*5. Communicates with all contracting exhibitors.*6. Completes paperwork for daily reports, sales collateral and other sales data.*7. Ensure all requests for information are completed in a timely manner.*8. Maintains VIP tickets and Tournament Club inventory.*9. Processes VIP sales in AXS.*10. Help from an expert may be required from time to time, but you can usually perform the skill independently.Education/Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); some college/prior sales support history preferred.
