Description
  • Facilitate client happiness by working with Operations Team to deliver an excellent experience
  • Collaborate to develop and implement standardized processes and procedures related to client happiness, satisfaction, communication etc.
  • Engage clients in meaningful interactions that are mutually beneficial both to the client and our company
  • Capture customer profile information to ensure client concerns, hot points, requests etc. are properly tracked and conveyed to Operations Team
  • Participate in prospective client meetings and bid processes
  • Analyze and coordinate the collection of customer feedback surveys
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures as it relates to client happiness, retention, and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Operations Team to ensure customer expectations and operational capabilities align
  • Conduct building inspections and walk-throughs during routine client visits
  • Educate customers on Scopes of Work and additional services available
  • Quickly and effectively address customer needs, requests, and issues by utilizing work-order platform (Salesforce)
  • Identify opportunities to grow contractual services with existing clients
  • Act as a liaison between our clients and our Operational Team
  • Work alongside Brand/Marketing to ensure client-facing materials align with the brand standards/look-and-feel
  • Attend recurring client meetings to share knowledge and problem-solve
  • Participate in collaboration sessions with members from every level of our company to solve problems, share ideas, and drive progress

 
Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or

account management related role

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A willingness to learn and collaborate
  • A positive attitude and a desire to help
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A flexible schedule

Not Required, But Preferred:

  • Speaks Spanish and English
  • Previous industry experience
