Internship Summary: This is an unpaid internship opportunity!
As a HRMS Systems Implementation Intern, you will have a great opportunity to assist the HRMS Implementation team in implementing,testing, and creating training manuals for our new HRMS system. The implementation team consists of professionals from our HR, Payroll, Finance and IT departments. The team is tasked with the design and implementation of a new fully, integrated HRMS with modules including Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR Administration, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Benefits and Tax Preparation.
Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
Assist in the design of linkages between the Compensation and Time and Attendance module of our new UltiPro system with the GL and chart of accounts.
Assist in the linkage of employee benefits choices and expenses to the GL.
Assist in the design and implementation of billing interfaces with employee benefits providers.
Support HRIS data integrity by auditing and analyzing current data flows, as well as making suggestions for improvement in the future system.
Assist in the preparation of highly confidential documents, data gathering, and reports.
Assist with analyzing, defining and documenting requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, inputs and outputs.
Assist with mass data entry and mass loads as requested.
Participate in HRMS testing and track testing results to prove linkages and accurate billing and budget impact.
Continuously research, test and stay up-to-date on all system updates and fixes.
Develop procedures for users to ensure business efficiency and data integrity.
Assist in preparing system training materials and communication of system releases.
This internship is expected to last for 6-8 months in duration. This is an unpaid internship.
