Experience and Requirements for the position are as follows, but are not limited to:

  • Five years within a Sales and Marketing capacity in the Healthcare related market segment.
  • Experience in business to business sales with healthcare related service provider.
  • Strong capabilities in developing rapport with key decision makers.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to excel in a self-managed and team environment.
  • Participate in job related functions beyond the standard business / office hours.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Software, CRM platforms, Adobe software, and Apple products.
  • Position to be based in Northern California due to client location.
 
Description

A. Job Summary

This Account Manager position will provide overall account management for a specific client in the Healthcare sector. This position will partner with regional and branch leadership to develop a strategic plan to grow market share from the assigned account and their multiple property locations throughout the State of California including hospitals and medical office buildings. As an account-specific Account Manager, this individual will be expected to develop strong partnerships with site contacts within the Facilities, Infection Control, and overall Management departments for the purposes of increasing awareness of RMC services and providing customer service functions in the effort to grow market share and drive revenue to the RMC Branch locations. Individual to be located in Northern California due to client location.

B. Key Responsibilities

Core responsibilities for this position are as follows, but are not limited to:

  • Identify and actively develop rapport with decision makers at all locations of dedicated healthcare client by phone, scheduling in person appointments, coordinating educational trainings, and attending local and regional events participated in by healthcare contacts.
  • Retain and increase existing account revenue through total account penetration and implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Execute and support the operational aspect of business secured (i.e. proposals, contracts, vendor lists, customer correspondence)
  • Develop and implement client-specific marketing plans and programs to support organization’s revenue objectives.
  • Continued development of understanding of overall industry dynamics and identification of emerging business opportunities and risks with dedicated account.
  • Monthly and Quarterly reporting on development of dedicated account to operational leadership including job/revenue opportunity, location infiltration, targeted revenue for future, and customer service issues.
