QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Technology or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Full working knowledge of a wide-range of KM technologies, with solid understanding of available KM technologies and their capabilities. Understanding of all aspects of current systems, from both a process and technical point of view. Proven experience as a Technical Architect. Understanding of strategic IT solutions. Familiarity with various operating systems and databases as well as experience in cloud technologies. Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals. Strong experience working with diverse technology platforms. Extensive practical Enterprise Architecture experience, certified with a recognized EA framework desired. Experience with federal agencies preferred. Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving aptitude and organizational and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills including ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues, and solutions. Must have the ability to gather and assimilate information. Good knowledge of quality standards, legislation, and best practice. Ability to manage through organizational change. Demonstrated knowledge of IT network design and governance. Federated Enterprise Architecture Certification and/or PMP certification preferred. Unique Requirements: Local travel within the DC/MD/VA area between the client and corporate sites may be required. CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS US Citizenship is a requirement for this position.
