Duties include moving rail car to load and unload product, driving forklift and other material moving equipment, monitoring a PLC board, and other duties as assigned. Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High School Diploma or GED required. Two or more years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with teams. Prior experience with solids handling equipment. Proficient in general math, communication, reading skills, and working knowledge of computers. Ability to follow documented production procedures and recommended practices. Capacity to operate forklifts and pallet jacks. Rail training and the ability to operate a rail mover. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to interact, both written and verbally, with all teams both internal and external to BMC. High degree of accuracy completing forms and entering numerical data. Effective decision making and problem resolution skills   Physical Abilities Ability to receive medical clearance to wear respiratory protection. Must pass toxicity test, able to lift 50 lbs.
