This associate will be a resource to all areas including: Wash Plant, Dry Plant and Rail Loadout. This associate must have an understanding of the mining process, our customers, product lines, and specifications. Primary tasks will be to maintain production and efficiencies. Associate will fill in and assist within all production areas at the Fairwater Sand Plant. Tasks will include operating heavy equipment, performing numerous testing procedures to maintain quality specifications, running and monitoring production processes, and assist with basic maintenance tasks. This position requires flexibility between shifts to ensure coverage within production areas based on plant needs. Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High school diploma Basic math and reading skills Basic computer skills Good verbal and written communication skills Basic maintenance skills Experience operation heavy equipment a plus Ability to cross-train in multiple production areas Flexible work schedule and ability to adjust schedule based on production needs/demands   Physical Abilities Must pass toxicity test, ability to receive medical clearance to wear respiratory protection   Travel Rarely   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
