Experience/ Requirements The position of Superintendent requires the following: 5 years of experience with construction in the restoration industry Effectively and efficiently communicate using all electronic tools provided to them Strong mathematical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and customer service oriented Highly knowledgeable with reading and analyzing plans, specifications and documentation of scope of work Works well with all employees involved with jobsite; Able to receive feedback from peers and work effectively with them to move forward in the project Exhibiting professional and tactful behavior, at all times, including under stress with customers and employees Extremely well organized and able to work under pressure with multiple projects Prompt and consistent attendance at work and job sites Familiar with building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and ADA codes Familiar with and able to implement Cal/OSHA regulation for Construction Industry or other general safety requirement for construction Flexibility with traveling is necessary Physically lift up to 75 lbs D. Working Conditions Working conditions for this position include but are not limited to: Work after hours, when necessary Occasionally having to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) depending on the situation / claim Daily commuting is required On occasion, there may be travel outside of California   Description A. Job Summary The Superintendent is solely responsible for and will be held accountable for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. Superintendent shall schedule all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, as well as ensure their completion of work within time allowed. The Superintendent shall be responsible for the coordination of work directed in the field and ensure work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications. Conflicts or revisions to the plan shall be communicated with the Project Director for mutual resolution, prior to execution of work that deviates from the approved plans. The Superintendent shall ensure job site quality control. This position reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager. B.
