Boundless - Step By Step campus is currently looking for highly motivated PART-TIME Behavior Technicians.

Duties to be conducted at our Worthington center serving children and teens with ASD and other developmental disabilities. No nights; no weekends! 5 weeks of paid time off during the year!

Roles and Responsibilities

Primary job responsibility is to work with children with autism in 1:1 and small group classrooms. This is a part-time, hourly position. Available shifts: 8:00am to 12:00pm and 12:30p.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday-Friday.

Position Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Organize and maintain instructional area.

  • Prepare and keep reinforcement and needed materials accessible.

  • Delivers instruction following procedures learned from initial and ongoing training sessions and based on feedback given from supervisors.

  • Collect and analyze data accurately following Boundless procedures.

  • Maintain designated child’s program book.

  • Monitor designated child’s IEP/Treatment Plan objectives and the progression of goals.

  • Complete quarter review forms for designated child when assigned by Supervisors.

  • Conduct preference assessments and deliver reinforcement following principles as learned in initial and ongoing training sessions and based on feedback from supervisors.

  • Implements specific behavior plans as directed by supervisors.

  • Demonstrates accurate implementation of specific skill sets as taught in initial and ongoing training sessions and based on feedback from supervisors.

  • Identifies when interventions are needed for specific children and programs.

Educational Requirements:

  • Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in related field

  • Minimum Requirement: 2 years of undergraduate studies; must have college transcripts demonstrating either completion of 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours with a minimum of 3 years’ experience of providing behavioral health support to an individual with a mental health disorder, including but not limited to autism, anxiety, mood disorder, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, etc.
