Offerings include customized and integrated care that combines behavioral counseling and therapy, pharmacological management, center-based educational service, speech therapy and other mental health services under one umbrella to help our consumers across all ages to achieve the best outcomes in school, home and work. Boundless - Step By Step campus is currently looking for highly motivated PART-TIME Behavior Technicians. Duties to be conducted at our Worthington center serving children and teens with ASD and other developmental disabilities. No nights; no weekends! 5 weeks of paid time off during the year! Roles and Responsibilities Primary job responsibility is to work with children with autism in 1:1 and small group classrooms. This is a part-time, hourly position. Available shifts: 8:00am to 12:00pm and 12:30p.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday-Friday.   Position Requirements Qualifications and Skills Organize and maintain instructional area. Prepare and keep reinforcement and needed materials accessible. Delivers instruction following procedures learned from initial and ongoing training sessions and based on feedback given from supervisors. Collect and analyze data accurately following Boundless procedures. Maintain designated child’s program book. Monitor designated child’s IEP/Treatment Plan objectives and the progression of goals. Complete quarter review forms for designated child when assigned by Supervisors. Conduct preference assessments and deliver reinforcement following principles as learned in initial and ongoing training sessions and based on feedback from supervisors. Implements specific behavior plans as directed by supervisors. Demonstrates accurate implementation of specific skill sets as taught in initial and ongoing training sessions and based on feedback from supervisors. Identifies when interventions are needed for specific children and programs. Educational Requirements: Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in related field Minimum Requirement: 2 years of undergraduate studies; must have college transcripts demonstrating either completion of 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours with a minimum of 3 years’ experience of providing behavioral health support to an individual with a mental health disorder, including but not limited to autism, anxiety, mood disorder, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, etc. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Exemplary attendance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain positive attitude and morale Independent decision maker Flexible, professional and neutral Professional and effective communication with all EOE   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
