If you are in the process of pursuing a career in Computer Science with at least one year of technical coursework - this is the position for you! Job Functions: Support SafeStreets software development and testing processes Verify that software meets requirements Maintain existing applications Collaborate on future projects and innovations Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes Perform other job-related tasks as required   Position Requirements Requirements: Current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science or equivalent Programming experience in C#, C++, Java, or similar OO programming language Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Adaptability to changing requirements Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Javascript, Ruby, or Groovy Experience with Linux Knowledge of SQL and basic database concepts Familiar using version control and source code management systems such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN Pay rate: $12-$15/hour (DOE) Position Schedule: Monday-Friday (20-29/week)   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
