Director of Strategic Growth 


Together with and under the direction of the Chief Strategy Officer, develop strategies and associated plans, with a clinical lens, for business development and produce meaningful results for the customer and achieve defined business targets. Will translate corporate strategy into comprehensive business development plan. Select and prioritize pursuit decisions that move to secure business opportunities, including presenting to potential customers. Be the clinical/strategic interface with the customer introducing TRHC solutions and identify qualifying opportunities. Work directly with TRHC leadership and CSO to identify and develop new business partners and payer relationships for TRHC. Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise associated with the health care industry, pharmaceutical sector, and TRHC solutions and services (including collaboration on the development of TRHC solutions and services). Fosters, educates and promotes TRHC services with managed care organizations, hospitals, health systems, accountable care organizations, physician groups, government organizations and other health care organizations that are at risk for medication related outcomes. Works closely with potential clients to provide care delivery that is designed to result in improved outcomes for patients. Performs account management support for clients, including identifying additional opportunities for TRHC products and services. Must be able to communicate highly technical information to a wide audience. Provides other support as needed for business development projects, including coordination of pharmacoeconomic modeling to support business development projects.

Secondary Functions:

Requires strategic thinker with broad and deep understanding of managed care, specifically, and the health care industry, including managed care pharmacy, medication therapy management, pharmacy benefit managers, Medicare and Medicaid, models of the CMS innovation Center, CMS Star Measures and Rating and HEDIS Scores. Proven time management skills are necessary. Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities [or tasks], deliver timely and accurate work products with a customer service focus, and respond with a sense of urgency as required. Demonstrated ability to work in a production focused environment.

Position Requirements


  • PharmD Degree

Clinical experience:

  • Knowledge of brand and generic drug names and various applications. Knowledge of common medical terminology. Understanding of National Drug Code.
