Share Email Opening Title Housekeeping Supervisor  Category Janitorial   Description Full-Time Position w/benefits Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour Work Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm Tuesday-Saturday Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to work weekends, holidays and overtime. Have reliable transportation (driver's license a plus). Lift 25-50 pounds. Bend and pick up items throughout the day, push/or pull items weighing 30-60 pounds. Be able to climb a ladder to clean high glass, monitor supply stock, review and update record/logs. Complete safety reports. Desired Experience, education and Training: At least 3-5 years housekeeping experience (large retail is a plus). High school diploma or GED desired and computer skill is a must. Knowledge of and ability to use and instruct employees on cleaning solutions and functions. Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours per shift. Knowledge and physical demands for any general cleaning functions, as needed to ensure all cleaning and service functions are completed to customer satisfaction. Provide superior customer service to Mall Management; provide timely and courteous responses in order to meet customer needs. Ensure Quality Control Conduct Safety Training Assist with coordination of schedules   Position Requirements Must be able to demonstrate strength in managing multiple tasks, delegating, and problem solving. Effective organization and planning skills; must have the ability to prioritize workloads, function with minimal supervision, and work well under pressure are critical success factors. Approachable and flexible; adaptable to changing business priorities; Additional requirements include team spirit, positive work ethic, and the ability to develop relationships with individuals at all levels.
