KOMPAN is looking to aggressively grow their market share in California. This state is the biggest playground market in the US and KOMPAN is looking for a sophisticated leader to guide a highly motivated team to success.

Sales leaders and representative's work from home based offices throughout the North American Region.

    Position Description:

    The successful KOMPAN Sales Leader will engage, develop, maintain and expand KOMPAN's market position and profitability in all key segments. This dynamic Sales Leader will drive sustainable and predictable growth through business development activities, including customer facing relationship management and creating and developing the optimal sales team within the prescribed markets. The role will receive support from a team of marketing super stars, dedicated sales coordinators, talented design/visualization professionals, and experienced project managers based out of the Americas office in Austin, TX. This position will report to the President.

    Responsibilities:

  • Hire, coach and deploy Direct Sales Reps in geographic territories.Establish performance goals, business development plans, stakeholder management, sales negotiation and customer relationship management to maximize opportunities

  • Drive revenue and growth

  • Strategic planning support to grow and develop sales through active participation and influence in alignment with KOMPAN strategic direction

  • Develop deep relationships with all stakeholders; Direct reports, Industry influencers, customers and co-workers

  • Manage the full P&L impact of the assigned territory

Pay Structure

  • Base Salary

  • Performance based bonus opportunity

Position Requirements

Education

  • BA/BS required

Experience Needed

  • 5+ Years of successful experience in managing a Field Based Sales Team

  • 5+ Years of direct sales experience in a solution selling framework supported by a CRM driven environment

  • Experience in the building products industry a plus

  • Experience selling to municipalities or other publicly funded organizations preferred
