Help facilitate smooth working conditions for the Crisis Support Services Center (CSSC) clinical and medical staff. To provide clerical support, screen and direct phone calls and to welcome direct visitors appropriately.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
High school diploma or GED. One year related receptionist experience using multi-line phone; two years preferred. Ability to work with the public on the phone and in person. Proficiency in handling busy phones, including the ability to work with people and maintain composure in emergency situations. Ability to type 40-words per minute is preferred. Good communication skills. Ability to manage time well and work independently and as part of a team. Accuracy in handling money, book keeping experience helpful. General office skills and effective organizations skills.
