POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with the administrative aspects of human resources, including responding to general inquires and maintaining many of the transactional items in order to deliver HR services to leaders and employees. This position also works collaboratively with HR team members locally and nationally to maintain synergy within the team and promote a consistent approach to Human Resources practices throughout the organization. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Supports all HR functions outside of recruiting to include but not limited to benefits, compensation, onboarding and terminations. • Performs Employee Relations activities for all levels of the organization. • Assists with confidential filing and e-filing. • Processes Employee changes and the necessary notifications. • Creates and processes termination paperwork. • Completes administrative tasks and HR operational support as directed. • Administer HR programs and policies, including reporting and record keeping. • Provide appropriate Employee support for programs and policies. • Performs other duties as assigned. |
