ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
„h Enforce performance standards, policies and procedures in the venue are in accordance with Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures' mission and objectives.
„h Responsible for complying with all food and beverage health, liquor and safety regulations; as well as all Tribal, Federal, State, and Local applicable laws.
„h Responsible for the scheduling, evaluating and training of the Associates ensuring staff's compliance with all guest service standards.
„h Responsible for ordering for Venue.
„h Ensure venue operations are run in a smooth, efficient manner to ensure guests satisfaction.
„h Review and approve all recommendations and suggestions to hire, transfer, suspend, promote, discharge, evaluate, assign and discipline all Associates in a fair and equitable manner.
„h Maximize cost effectiveness within the department by ensuring compliance with established budget, labor and revenue benchmarks.
„h Responsible for listening to, evaluating and assuring control of guest grievances and settles them without delay.
„h Responsible for the job performance of all Associates and provides feedback on it to aid the Associates in developing and enhancing skills.
„h Provide input to Director of Food and Beverage concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
„h Review financial statements: forecast revenue and labor figures for beverage department; maintain proper inventory control.
„h Establish priorities for all supervisors and provides assistance as needed.
„h Ensure accurate weekly inventory.
„h Participate in the development of new menu items, daily special, and promotions, taking under consideration venue budget, food cost perceived and guest satisfaction.
„h Knowledge of company internal controls, policies and procedures.
„h Responsible for maintaining all kitchen equipment and the appearance of the venue in accordance Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures' standards.
„h Responsible for maintaining open communication throughout the venue, through monthly staff meetings, weekly supervisory meeting, and daily pre-shift meetings.
„h Perform other duties as assigned.
