ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develops, implements and maintains the activities of quality control systems. Oversees development and implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of company products. Must have direct expereince working in a FAA Part 21 and/or FAA Part 145 environment. Develops budget and monitors expenditures. Makes recommendations for corrective action necessary to ensure conformity with quality specifications. Ensures finished products conform to government and company standards and satisfy good manufacturing practices regulations. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. LEADERSHIP: Must have a demonstrated track record of leading and developing people. Minimum of 5 years with people responsibilities required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Prefer a 4 year degree plus a minimum of 8 years direct industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
