What You'll Be Doing The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Provides strategic direction and analysis of all account activity to ensure programs meet and further client's overall strategic corporate direction Manages accounts on a project or relationship basis to yield appropriate billings and profitability to the Agency Directs the activities of agency-wide client teams in the design, development and implementation of on-strategy marketing programs to ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness of program execution On an on-going basis, provide strategic marketing direction and support to clients including management of project, program tracking and analysis Participates as a team member in agency business development efforts and RFP responses Prepares required financial forecasts for clients under management. Manages clients' budgets to allocation Manage direct reports in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws Occasional travel required as needed Assumes additional responsibilities as required   Position Requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university Minimum seven (7) years direct response experience in an Account Director capacity Must have health insurance experience Must have interactive marketing experience Must be productive and proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision Must also be able to work well in a team-based setting Strong communication skills are a must, including written and verbal interaction with clients, vendors and internal teams Proficiency in MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) EOE M/F/D/V   Category Account Services   Location DMW Direct - Chesterbrook   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   This position is currently not accepting applications.
