Share Email Opening Title PACT Team - Peer Specialist  Description The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority is seeking one individual for a full time peer specialist position on the PACT Team (Program for Assertive Community Treatment). Incumbent will assist in providing case management and peer support services to help maintain consumers in the community. The individual hired for this position must have had lived experience receiving mental health services for a severe and persistent mental illness. The incumbent will demonstrate a beginning awareness of mental health issues, knowledge of human development and will posses the ability to form and maintain relationships with consumers, community service providers and staff.   Position Requirements Minimum Requirements, Must posses at least and associates degree/or higher in human services or related field and 1 year of experience providing services in a behavioral health setting, internships may be included. In addition, a current, valid Virginia driver's license is required.
