Job Summary:

This Position is responsible for providing assistance to the Head Bank Teller. Responsibilities include: overseeing and controlling the sales of CAI Parks & CAI Foods team members, preparing tills for different departments, and cooperating with Logistics department.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to assist department managers, ticket/retail/food sales associates and supervisors to ensure that staff is following departmental procedures (including but not limited to cash handling, customer service and credit card processing procedures) and apply disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Assist Head Bank Teller to prepare cash tills for all departments.
  • Assist Head Bank Teller to distribute cash tills to sales associates and log where and to whom the cash is given.
  • Assist Head Bank Teller to enable and close out daily sales associates cash drawers in CORE and ALOHA.
  • Assist Head Bank Teller to reconcile each sales associate's cash and credit card transaction and complete cash out log Excel spreadsheet.
  • Monitor sales associates' inventory - wristbands, Luna Cards, etc.
  • Assist Head Bank Teller to oversee reconciliation of credit card and refund receipts.
  • Perform skims/drops on sales associates' drawers and report amounts to Head Bank Teller.
  • Keep track of all the money given out and collected.
  • Check suspect bills and report them as they are found.
  • Support all team members on the POS systems and on cash/credit card accepting equipment, such as photo-booths, lockers kiosks, automated POS kiosks, etc.
  • Cooperate with Logistics department.
  • Oversee cleanliness of work area.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
 
Position Requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • CORE and/or ALOHA knowledge
  • 1+ year in Banking
  • Excellent guest services skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both guests and employees
  • Good organizational, verbal and Mathematical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure as needed
  • Credit & Criminal Background Checks required
