Our Team:

Nutranext LLC., a leading manufacturer of nutritional supplements is looking for a proactive and dynamic Project Manager (PM). PM will work with company operations leaders and the Enterprise PMO (ePMO) to develop and refine project planning, execution, and controlling methodologies and processes for enterprise-wide initiatives focused on improving business and operations performance. The PM obtains a clear understanding of the project scope and objectives, team members’ roles and responsibilities, and applies standard project management methodology, tools and practices to ensure successful outcomes of the projects.

Specific projects include but are not limited to development of standard operating procedures for streamlining internal departments and managing plant improvements initiatives. The PM will serve as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent; and will assist the ePMO in partnering with senior management in the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities. The PM will work closely with Accounting, Quality, Planning, Procurement, Costing, Facilities, Marketing, Manufacturing and other in-house departments or entities as required during project execution to drive and facilitate standardization, process, and innovation throughout the enterprise.

What you will be doing:

  • Leads multiple projects across departments from start to completion working directly with appropriate business leaders to understand project concept, objectives, approach, and priorities across the project spectrum.
  • In partnership with the Managers, create, implement, and manage processes that will drive quality, efficiency, and scale within the enterprise via a gating system.
  • Manages cross-functional teams in a matrix organization with diverse skill sets and subject matter experts to bring projects to a successful close.
  • Organizes, manages and directs project team tasks and assures proper application of ePMO standards, tools and methodologies in project work.
  • Provides project management controls, project plans, timeline schedules, and facilitates communication between team members to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Provides reporting to the executive staff illustrating the progress of projects and associated barriers to success.
  • Understands techniques to identify and manage risk impact and exposure.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately, utilizing the ePMO technology and documentation methodology.
  • Ensures all business, IT and security standards are met.

 
Position Requirements

What you bring to the team:

  • 3+ years of related project management experience; Life Sciences industry experience preferred.
  • Highly developed Microsoft Project skills and related (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint).
  • Experienced with process mapping, analysis, and re-engineering concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
  • Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience.
  • Project Management Certification is a plus (CAPM, PMI, PMP).
