Our unwavering commitment to our Associates, their health and safety, self-directed work teams, and a commitment to continuous improvement create a rewarding and fun place to work.   Description Job Summary The BMC Financial and Operations Analyst provides financial analysis for future projects and diversification opportunities; works with operations to prepare interim forecasts; reports on business metrics and trends; analyzes operational and product costs; and evaluates the financial impact of new and changing operations. This role is a highly collaborative role and is responsible for helping operations in being a competitive low-cost provider in the industrial sand industry. Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelor's Degree (BA) in business related field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management) or Engineering (Mining, Systems, Industrial, Process) with an MBA CMA a plus 5 years of related experience Manufacturing or bulk commodities industry experience desired Strategic thinker with strong analytical/problem solving skills Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively collaborate with associates throughout the organization. Experience with advanced analytical techniques such as Monte Carlo or co-variance evaluation a plus Big data pattern recognition Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize conflicting demands to meet deadlines. Ability to be extremely organized, results driven, with the ability to handle diverse projects concurrently. Strong technical skills, with advanced modeling and MS Excel skills. Ability to use ERP and associated software systems (Acumatica, Vena…) or ability to learn them. Ability to exercise independent judgment to perform essential duties. Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to present information in various ways and to various audiences effectively. Ability to explain the results and recommend actions.
