Program Statement:

Catholic Charities is very excited to expand Substance Use Disorder Services to our Regional Counties. For over 50 years CC has been providing quality SUD Services in Cuyahoga County and our plan is to draw on this expertise to build an exceptional system of care in our Regional Counties. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Supervisor to lead our Clinical Staff in Medina, Lorain, Ashland and Wayne in the expansion and provision of these needed services.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for leading the development of new programing and supervising a team of seven licensed staff to provide individual and Group Counseling (IOP) services to individuals in our various communities. This position will also, coordinate with the Program Director of each county assigned, conduct staff meetings to discuss clinical issues, monitor program metrics to ensure high quality service delivery and be able to present to community stakeholders and funders. There is some flexibility as to which county will house this position. We welcome applicants from any of the counties being served including Cuyahoga County.

Qualified Candidates will possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling with licensure as required. They will also have demonstrated supervisory experience with multidisciplinary team, and willing to travel to all assigned counties.

Position Requirements

• Combination of education and experience normally represented by a Master's Degree in Social Work with licensure as required.
• From three to five years of relevant experience.
• Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to form good working and therapeutic relationships.
• Must have the ability to relate to a wide variety of people, both professional and volunteers; as well as organizations and systems, both public and private.
• Strong assessment, treatment and case management skills.
• Must be well organized, detail oriented and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work with diverse client population and community organizations as well as staff at all levels.
• Must have the ability to effectively manage a variety of concurrent and varying activities.
• For chemical dependency services, experience with adolescent chemical dependency.
• Good working knowledge of computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
• Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License and reliable means of transportation for local travel.
• Final applicant is required to be fingerprinted to complete background check.
