Position Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and two (2) years’ experience as Advertising Manager or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  2. Experience with Mass Media and paid digital campaigns.
  3. Proven ability to develop media strategy including mass media and social channels.
  4. Customer service experience.
  5. Excellent presentation skills, including communication skills, interpersonal skills, professional appearance and demeanor.
  6. Computer literate in word processing, excel, and database management.
  7. Possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to make decisions, meet deadlines, monitor numerous projects/dates, etc.
  8. Requires a High Security Gaming License clearance.
  9. Must be at least 21 years of age.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Previous casino marketing experience preferred.

 
Description

JOB SUMMARY

Develop and execute a comprehensive media exposure program that supports marketing strategy. Includes managing creative production and delivery for all advertising including resort collateral, print, broadcast, direct mail, internet and social channels. Meets with all gaming and non- gaming departments to develop program objectives and directions. Works closely with outside Advertising Agencies, Marketing Director and Marketing departments.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  1. Promote guest service prompting return visits through creative, accurate and timely media advertising.
  2. Research, negotiate, and schedule all media to support marketing objectives.
  3. Monitor media budgets and production expenditures.
  4. Work directly with representatives to evaluate media opportunities.
  5. Monitor ad placement and perform follow-up.
  6. Ensure contract compliance with media and production companies.
  7. Manage and coordinate the development of advertising, on property signage and collateral, to ensure quality production, adherence to marketing strategies, and timelines.
  8. Provide direction to the advertising agency, in-house creative and Direct Mail Company.
  9. Identify and/or develop cooperative marking opportunities with media and production houses.
  10. Assist marketing director in developing marketing plans with clear goals, strategies, schedules and assignments.
  11. Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and mobile application.
  12. Assist the marketing director in preparation of the advertising budget. Assist in formulation and tracking of digital marketing budgets.
  13. Coordinate web site management and e-mail promotions.
  14. Manages advertising team to timely delivery of marketing deadlines
  15. Ensures Brand integrity.
  16. Participation and development of a tribal member workforce.
  17. Promotes a clean, safe and healthy work environment for employees and guest. Promptly reports all concerns to Supervisor.
  18. Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
  19. Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
  20. Other related duties as assigned.
 
Salary $50k-$80k Salary
