QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Development or related field or equivalent experience of 6 years. Experience: Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac or similar organizaiton in the software in addition to experience testing business rules systems and mortgage industry experience/knowledge. Skills: Strong logic and analytical skills as well as demonstrated experience with Jira. Attention to detail is critical for this role. Must have strong XML generation and manipulation skills and able to demonstrate knowledge of some or all of the following: DOORS requirements management system, XML Spy, Gherkin and SQL. Mortgage origination application knowledge, mortgage origination terms knowledge (loan purpose, amortization type, LTV etc.), secondary Mortgage application knowledge (Loan Delivery) are a plus Unique Requirements: Local travel between worksites may be required.
