Responsibilities Perform all Accounts Payable coding and data entry. Recruit for and manage the game day cash room staff and processes. Prepare and record bank deposits and assist in monthly bank reconciliations. Handle all petty cash requests and recording of petty cash transactions. Generate, send and record all invoices. Prepare and record related standard or adjusting general ledger entries related to Florida Operations. Monthly, analyze all General Ledger accounts related to Florida Operations and recommend adjustments as necessary. Assist in analyzing and preparing schedules detailing income related to Corporate Sales advertising contracts. Generate required invoices in compliance with contract terms. Prepare monthly journal entries to record corporate sponsorship revenue and trade. Monitor invoicing / cash collections of all Corporate Sponsorship contracts. Oversee the timely coding of all Florida Operations/Dominican Republic Operations corporate credit card accounts by the individual cardholders. Perform other assigned projects as requested.   Position Requirements Required Associates Degree in Accounting, Business or related field Minimum of 2 years accounting experience Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising employees, preferably in cash room or accounting functions Expertise with Excel spreadsheets Desired Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Knowledge of Great Plains accounting software Experience working in sports, entertainment or hospitality venue   Location Bradenton, FL   Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time   Shift -not applicable-   This position is currently not accepting applications.
