Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for our current government project opportunities as well as building a pipeline for upcoming contract awards. Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, posting job advertisements, screening/interviewing candidates, and work with a sense of purpose and urgency to attract and hire the highest caliber of talent. The individual in this role must have hands on recruitment experience. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES · Understand and balance both the technical requirements and business needs of each position · Develop and implement recruiting strategies to find and attract the right candidates · Commitment to developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers as well as candidates and ensuring a great experience for everyone involved in the recruiting process · Keep accurate notes of candidates and positions throughout the process and update reports accordingly · Extend and negotiate offers of employment to selected candidates · Flexible, consultative, team-oriented, and results-oriented mindset · Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems (ADP is a plus) · Proficient in the use of job boards such as Indeed, Monster, Linkedin, ClearedJobs, etc. · Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work on different initiatives and complete within a timely manner · Ability to effectively manage frequently changing priorities and business needs · Perform other duties as assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager |
