Our Team:

The eCommerce Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. This position is responsible for creating and implementing ecommerce sales plans to increase revenue and profits to meet sales objectives.

What you will be doing:

  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts by customer to achieve eCommerce objectives for products and services.
  • Develops and manages customer sales operating budgets.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with customer to develop comprehensive advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail as it relates to digital sales.
  • Responsible for tracking ROI to ensure marketing activities are driving profitable growth
  • Maintain customer relationships and lead negotiates and closing deals.
  • Ensures effective control of sales results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of sales objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales and e-commerce/digital sales
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities, Must have successful sales track record
  • High proficiency with MS Office software, notably with Excel
  • Experience working with big box retailers
  • CPG industry background

Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in business or related field
  • SAP and/or Salesforce experience
