Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona’s Meet Me Where I Am program provides in-home remedial intervention for at-risk youth and families identifying youth and family strengths and needs to enhance the Child and Family Team (CFT) planning process.
Located in Phoenix, a Lead Behavior Coach provides in-home remedial intervention for at-risk youth and families (working with children, youth, and adults) under the Arizona 12 Principles and in conjunction with the Child and Family Team Model. The lead will also help maintain contractual requirements and program services to the betterment of Devereux and assist Program Coordinators in the development and implementation of their assigned program.
Schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 12pm to 8pm, this can vary on some days based on the needs of the program. Some flexibility for evening/weekend hours may be needed.
