The IT Systems Architect: • Designs, plans, and implements system and network architectures supporting cybersecurity applications and tools that are highly performing, scalable, fault tolerant, secure, and compliant. • Provides support and guidance for the Enterprise Infrastructure environment. • Works closely with various IT groups to transition tasks, ensure performance and manage issues through to resolution. • Develops and establishes relevant metrics (KPI/SLA) to drive results. This should include technical metrics, business process metrics and overall support metrics • Provides support and assistance to issues reported through Incident Management tool and/or direct request from IT associates. • Manages multiple projects and accurately reports the status of all major assignments while adhering to all project management standards. • Leads the development and maintenance of enterprise framework and related artifacts. • Develops trust and builds effective working relationships through respectful, collaborative engagement across individual product teams. • Creates an enterprise-wide architecture that ensures systems are scalable, reliable, and manageable. • Tracks industry and application trends and relates these to planning current and future IT needs. • Ensures architecture principles and standards are consistently applied. • Provides technical and strategic input during the project planning phase in the form of technical architectural designs and recommendations. • Collaborates with all relevant parties in order to review the objectives and constraints of solutions and determine conformance with the Enterprise Architecture. • Identifies implementation risks and potential impacts. IND123   Position Requirements REQUIRED: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of Architecture and Integration • 10+ years IT experience with progressive responsibility and performance • 10+ years leading or supporting IT Service Management or Service Oriented teams or organizations • 5+ years translating business requirements to technical solutions • 5+ years leading, supporting, or transforming programs / projects • Strong understanding across virtual (VMware and infrastructure components (server, storage, network, data, and applications) to deliver end to end Infrastructure architectures and designs for cyber operational systems • History of identifying gaps, updating legacy technology • Experience with modern technologies, agile engineering methodology and agile culture • Experience with integrating Resiliency strategies for both Legacy and modern multi-cloud architectures such as Open systems, VMWARE, Azure, micro-services and API-based architecture • Strong understanding of broad range of technologies and the entire IT stack (Applications, Databases, Compute, Network, Storage, Tier 0 services) and the integration of these technologies to drive Resiliency outcomes. • Exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery • Experience in architecture leadership that brings together and integrates solutions across multiple vendors • Exposure with large scale automation (e.g. vRealize Automation, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Razor, Hamlin) • Private cloud architecture for resiliency inclusive of SDN/NFV, SDDC (Software Defined Storage and provisioning) custom workflows, automation, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) capabilities, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) • Demonstrated positive team player • Ability to organize, prioritize, manage and monitor multiple projects to successful completion, adapting to shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment • Excellent initiative and ability to use independent judgment to make decisions regarding operations and deadlines • Excellent analytical and technical skills • Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems • Advanced experience with VMware vSphere/vSAN, SQL Server, and Windows Server • Experience with Microsoft Server and with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager software • Experience with Active Directory. • Experience with LANs, WANs, LANs, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Routers, and Switches. • Overseas travel will be required to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • Professional oral and written communication skills. • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and on global teams.
