We are currently seeking candidates who are working towards obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related major for an internship during the summer of 2018. This internship opportunity is with Dosage Form Design and Development (DFDD) department. This internship will be supporting the Drug Delivery group within DFDD. The successful intern will be responsible for performing scientific evaluations to investigate novel drug delivery technologies and to do biophysical characterization of samples. This internship will offer the student an opportunity to learn drug delivery methodologies and build formulation skills through a combination of training, mentorship, and hands-on experience. Core Responsibilities: The successful intern will be expected to work in a hands-on, laboratory environment engaged in the development and characterization of nanoparticles and other drug delivery related projects. The intern is expected to participate in group meetings and communicate data both verbally as well in a presentation format. |
