To satisfy audit exceptions in accordance with conversion exception guidelines and schedules. Adhere to customer business rules for completion of tax lines. Tax Procurement Procures tax amount data from tax agencies. Tax amount data procurement method consists of telephone, e-mail, and fax communication to taxing agency jurisdictions. Obtains tax information and accurately adjust tax line data as applicable. Identifies exceptions that may require escalation to the lender for review. Tax Line Set Up/Audit Analyzes Conversion Data and completes tax line information using business rules agreed upon by lender. Performs research and resolution for assigned audit exceptions by contacting the agency and reviewing website. Workflow Management Effectively monitors, reports, and communicates status of work assignments and statistics to supervision. Completes work under time constraints and meet high priority deadlines to ensure files are processed by expected completion date.   Position Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in Microsoft Excel 2007, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access 97. Data Entry/Computer usage experience.
