ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
„h Responsible for managing a list of assigned high worth players.
„h Build relationships with target high worth players using contact strategy through various communication methods; such as but not limited to telephone, mail, e-mail and personal contact at on and off property events.
„h Responsible for meeting quarterly and yearly revenue goals (as defined by management) against benchmarks established for hosted players for number of trips, theoretical worth, etc.
„h Responsible for maintaining and increasing activity of assigned high-worth players list.
„h Actively prospect for new players through hosting a series of prospecting events (with a minimum of four [4] per year). These events will produce a minimum of six (6) new players per year that qualify as worthy of being hosted.
„h Maintain a business relationship with assigned players and prospects high-worth players.
„h Observe, track, review and analyze play of assigned high worth players.
„h Work closely with gaming operations to assist with the development of high potential guests.
„h Be thoroughly knowledgeable of the gaming floor, its operation and all other amenities; assist departments with guest service issues.
„h Plan and flawlessly execute special events off property for high worth players designed to keep Grand Casinos top of mind when gaming choices are made by high worth players.
„h Responsible for achieving a 90% contact rate of monthly assignments provided by direct report and manager; including but not limited to targeted low frequency, average daily theoretical guests, new member, birthday/anniversary, event, personal contacts.
„h Schedule player contact time proportional to floor time.
„h Responsible for identifying premium slot and tables games players on the gaming floor and to acquiring and developing them as members of the players club.
„h Update guest history for future visits.
„h Manage the player development process of informing and persuading high worth guests to increase visits to properties.
„h Plan, schedule and arrange visits for selected individual guests based on development objectives.
„h Observe, track, review and analyze play of assigned high worth list as well as development and graduation play.
„h Assist with special events on and off property though active participation as defined by player development.
„h Up-sell/promote all special events, concerts, hotel and restaurant venues with guests, though suggestive selling techniques.
„h Responsible for prospecting players through lead lists, research, tracking and follow-up.
