QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience managing the implementation of federal electronic records management projects. Experience with the following is required: Open Text Content Server (or equivalent) implementation and configuration, including Records Management and Physical Objects Modules; Kofax Capture, Recognition, Transformation Modules, and File Share Import Connector software (or equivalent); writing federal records management policy; and a deep understanding of how to apply records management best practices to business processes. Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired but not required. Skills: Position requires strong project management; technical implementation skills with electronic content and records management systems; customer interface; and technical, writing, and presentation skills. Also requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, strong Microsoft Office skills, ability to multitask, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Unique Requirements: Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
