The role will leverage OBIEE/OBIA for the analytics platform. Day to day responsibilities include system and data analysis, requirements gathering, report writing, process improvement analysis, end user and tool support. In this role, you will: Understand how analytical needs support business processes and proactively apply this knowledge to solve business problems. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key indicators used by the leadership team to track key metrics including but not limited to sales performance and activity, financial results, and compensation calculations. Conduct regular and ad-hoc analyses for key project initiatives and strategies. Work with various corporate departments to obtain and monitor accuracy of data. Makes recommendations so that data may be presented in a more useful manner. Create and maintain technical reference documentation (Wiki knowledge base) to be used in support and training of Business and Information Technology personnel.
