Located in Phoenix, AZ the Data Specialist prepares quantitative and qualitative analyses to enable measurement of effectiveness and improve outcomes, from programs that address the Triple Aim (lowered costs, improved quality and enhance member engagement). Work with Quality Improvement Specialist on design of various QI initiatives. Lead in the data collection and analysis activities related to center-wide quality improvements. Identify and track appropriate metrics to assess program processes and outcomes.
