The Machine Learning Department is seeking a Senior Associate Researcher in our Princeton, NJ office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new technologies in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence with emphasis on how to move machine learning to more abstract reasoning and how this can enable new applications in traffic safety, video surveillance, human resource management, and automation of manufacturing; conduct research and develop new abstract concepts that will lead to the next generation of tools in Artificial Intelligence; be responsible for integrating research findings into practical applications such as systems for recruiting, surveillance, sonar detection and digital pathology; and prepare technical report, patent applications and submit key technical findings to machine learning and artificial intelligence conferences and journals. |
• Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, or electrical engineering • Knowledge of: - Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to design and train ML algorithms and models equipped by AL agents - Large-scale parallel and distributing computing involving the design and analysis of algorithms that execute in parallel and concurrently in a distributed setting - Languages: C/C++, Java, Lua, Python, Matlab - Deep learning frameworks: Torch, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Caffe - Data analysis libraries: OpenCV, Pandas, Matplotlib - Tools: git, svn, bash, make, cmake, gcc, antlr May be gained through education or professional experience. |
