FoxGuard Solutions is looking for a reliable Production Technician to join our team full-time. This is a great opportunity where an energetic, tech-savvy individual can expand his or her expertise and grow within our team into more advanced positions; career growth options include Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, IT, Management, Customer Support, or roles within our Security division. A successful technician must be able to work effectively with other members of our self-managed, high-performance team environment. What you'll be doing... - Build and configure computers to customer specifications using high-tech, automated systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose minor hardware and software issues
- Participate in improvement efforts to ensure the highest efficiency, e.g. build process updates
- Test products or subassemblies for functionality and quality
- Assist Engineering with the production of prototype units as needed
What you'll bring to the table... - Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school IT, or Computer Engineering or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and carefully follow instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and extreme reliability
The ideal candidate will have: - A+ Certification; Net+
- 1 to 2 years of experience as helpdesk, IT, or manufacturing in technology
