Position Requirements  

The ideal candidates has an upbeat and positive attitude. You will learn effectively and safely assemble machines and cross train in service department. This individual must be mechanically inclined, preferably at least one year experience welding with the Mig process on mild steel. Candidates should have the ability to read assembly drawings. Individual will also have to organize parts and load and unload shipments.

Individual is expected to be able to effectively and safely operate a forklift and overhead crane to be able to load and unload materials as needed.

Essential Duties:

  • Assemble the machines from start to finish
  • Welding
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area as well as prep work
  • Crate, strap down, and load machines for shipping.
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Test run machines
  • Quality control of product
  • Provide on-site service to customers once every month you are typically gone for 4 consecutive days ( 3 Nights) when you are on your service rotation
  • Must be able to operate a company vehicle for errands as needed, as well as have a class A CDL or obtain one in 180 days for service runs- This requires a clean driving history of major incidents in the past 7 -10 years.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing is a HUGE plus! However, not required
  • Typical schedule will be 40-45 hours per week, (maybe up to 45-50 hours when on your service rotation )
