Our Team:

The Enterprise IT - Infrastructure Supervisor/Manager is responsible and accountable for the installation, configuration, implementation and administration of the company's infrastructure and IT support services. You will be accountable for building long lasting relationships with our business units and vendors. You'll be helping define and improve on current processes to ensure alignment with business needs. Your responsibility will range from, but not limited to, datacenters, servers, SANs, VoIP, workstations, AD domains, e-mail system, patching, wifi, networking, vendor management, Incident resolution and various software applications. This position requires excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills to successfully deliver on all accountable areas. Ability to multitask and deliver objectives in a professional and timely manner are critical. This position requires the ability to function successfully in both team and independent work environments. Ability to respond to issues with the needed urgency is also critical. Ability to balance current needs and anticipate future needs is a must.

Special Features:

  • Three (3) years' experience installing, troubleshooting, implementing and configuring IT systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision

Key Accountabilities:

(Not limited to)

  • Ensure documentation of all infrastructure areas
  • Develop Business Cases for IT Projects
  • Ensure proposed IT solutions meet current and future business needs
  • Ownership of datacenters, server rooms and wiring closets
  • Ownership of servers, VI, SAN, network, AD and email environments
  • Disaster Recovery, replication, backups
  • Ensure server/application performance by performing server/application monitoring, analysis and performance tuning; troubleshooting server/application problems; escalating problems to vendor
  • Maintain inventory of all enterprise systems and applications
  • Ensure Infrastructure Systems tickets are resolved within defined SLA
  • Server Infrastructure Change Management process
  • Workstation & Server patching and maintain 99.9% uptime

Other related to IT Organization:

(Not limited to)

  • Provide L3 support to our Help Desk Shared Service team and/or users with computer/systems related issues that could arise from various locations (remote and local) in person, via phone, IT ticket submission and/or e-mail
  • Provide project management support for IT related projects

  • Assist in defining IT Infrastructure standards and procedures and

  • Ensure IT policies are adhered to

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience

  • Four (4) years' experience providing infrastructure systems administration support

  • Three (3) years' experience in IT system installations, troubleshooting, implementation and configuration

  • Four (3-4) years full time experience providing infrastructure engineering/administration
  • Demonstrated ability to independently and effectively complete assignments and projects in a timely fashion

  • Four (4) years supporting & troubleshooting Active Directory and GPOs

  • Four (4) years supporting & troubleshooting Windows Server 2008 and higher

  • Three (3) years' managing a technical team of two or more
  • Networking concepts, DNS, DHCP, remote access, VLANs, Wireless, server lockdown, server performance tuning, server monitoring

  • Windows Server 2008, 2012 R2, software deployment, remote administration

  • Experienced with GPOs, Active Directory administration and domain consolidation/migration, distributed OS patching

  • Virtualization design and administration (VMware)

  • IT project management and IT documentation fundamentals

  • Windows scripting

  • Ability to travel within the United States and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to collaborate with remote teams and proactively communicate needs for the business, support and team

  • Effective interpersonal skills essential to maintaining good working relationships and empathy with both technical and non-technical staff, including the ability to communicate well with a wide variety of users, of very differing levels of IT skills

  • Ability to offer solutions to various IT related problems, at times when under pressure
