Essential duties and responsibilities: The successful candidate will assist in ensuring the Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) team is complant in the production of conducting or participaing in counterexploitation activities and technical evaluations. Coordinate TSCM operations, to include internal and external correspondence, resource allocation, personnel management, inventory control system, training program and policy development (requires extensive coordination and liaison not only within NGA, but external to NGA as well with DoD, IC agencies, and the military services).   Position Requirements MUST possess an active DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance and willing to take and pass a CI poly. • 7 years of CI experience, of which at least 3 of those years include TSCM experience • TSCM Cyber certification (TSCM Fundamentals graduation will suffice, with an expectation for "TSCM for Information Systems" (ITC) or equivalent) • Sec + Certification and possess or obtain A+ and Network + certifications within the first 12 months of being on contract at the expense of the Contractor, in accordance with DoD 8140 requirements for Information Assurance Training II • Shall have telephone security experience (i.e. with Telephone Security Group (TSG) requirements) • Shall possess a Bachelor’s Degree   Full-Time/Part-Time   Shift -not applicable-   Position Intelligence Analyst (TSCM Practitioner)   Number of Openings 1   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   About the Organization DAWSON is a SBA Certified Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) 8(a) small business with over 23 years of experience providing innovative and cost-effective solutions to our clients across the globe with offices in Hawaii, Guam and throughout the Continental U.S. The company is owned by the Hawaiian Native Corporation (HNC), a non-profit organization, controlled entirely by Native Hawaiians with a mission to perpetuate the sovereignty of Native Hawaiians and positively impact the communities in which we work.
