Are you looking for a job that offers variety and a change of pace in your environment, were you can work independently in large chain grocery stores with major brand products? Whether you are a skilled merchandiser, or interested in entering the dynamic field of merchandising, we would like to talk to you about joining our TIE team. You will be a valued member of a team assisting with a store reset. Typical duties may include stocking, setting up shelving and displays, product resets, pricing, retagging and more. Experience in retail, merchandising, grocery, or stocking is required. Experience reading planograms, schematics, or mods is preferred and helpful. Willingness to travel and having a flexible schedule are most ideal. Must have reliable transportation and paid mileage will apply if driving further than 20 miles to store location.

Position Requirements

START DATES: Monday March 26th; Ongoing Opportunities

START TIME: 7 am; 8 hour shifts

LOCATION: Scio, OR; Future projects will be in different locations

PROJECT: Convenience Store Reset

PAY RATE: $12.00 - $13.00 an hour depending on experience; paid mileage will apply if driving further than 20 miles to store location

DUTIES:

  • Follow direction of project lead
  • May include, but not limited to, stocking shelves, setting up displays, sorting back stock, moving product, product rotation, retagging shelves, and audit completed categories
  • Clean, straighten or assemble shelves/racks and display cases following measurement guidelines
  • Remove cardboard, trash and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Communicate effectively with the TIE Retail Solutions Manager via phone, texting, email and daily on-line reporting.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Experience in stocking, retail, grocery or merchandising required
  • Be punctual and work all scheduled hours
  • Ability to work on a team as well as independently
  • Must have a smartphone with data and texting, and valid email address for reliable communication
  • Must have reliable access to the internet daily
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop and kneel for up to 8+ hr shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times following dress code
