Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a clinician for their campus-based Intensive Group Home (IGH) program, which serves adolescent females age 13 through 21 presenting with mental/behavioral health and trauma disorders. The clinician is responsible for individual, group and family therapy, risk assessment, work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and positively interfaces with external agencies. The primary clinical treatment model for this program is a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and CBT within a trauma-informed care milieu.

The ideal candidate will have training and experience in DBT and/or CBT, facilitating clinical groups, and exposure to trauma-informed care or training in TF-CBT. Devereux provides the Clinician with access to ongoing training in DBT and other evidence-based treatment models. The clinician also participates in a weekly DBT consult group with other practitioners providing DBT interventions within other programs.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island provide programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Rutland, MA, this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
