About this position: Suja is a fast-growing lifestyle brand looking for a passionate and innovative Jr. Designer to help bring our visual strategy to life across multiple communication touchpoints. This position has the opportunity to grow based on proven ability. Core Responsibilities: Working directly with the Marketing Team to assist in designing a wide array of projects for Suja’s online, in-store, shopper & field marketing purposes. - Assist with graphics and design for Suja sales collateral.
- Execute on photographic needs for sales collateral.
- Support design & creation of online advertisements, website communications, point of sale and other printed marketing collateral.

Desired Skills and Experience - Advanced knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and photo processing software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom).
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills with proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and fast timelines with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Strong pulse on trends and best practices in design and an understanding of personal design style.
- Inspired and motivated to creatively bring Suja branded guidelines to life in the most effective way possible.
- Experience in concept development, design, and full production.
- Knowledge of print production and quoting terminology; experience working with die lines.
- Knowledge and experience in copy writing, photography and video content creation a plus.
Education and Experience Qualifications: - 1-5 years of graphic design experience.
- Lifestyle and startup brands experience preferred.
