Share Email Opening Title Field Marketing Team Lead - OC  Description FMM Support: Team lead provides local market knowledge, consumer feedback, local market competitive intelligence, and event expertise to the Suja FMM. Owns full product knowledge and benefits Develops relationships with event and sampling opportunities that align with Suja FMM direction Assists with weekly influencer seeding deliveries Networking in the field to discover new influencers for the brand Works well with Brand Ambassadors, and takes direction from FMM Provides feedback to FMM on Brand Ambassadors Provides assistance in recruitment and training of Brand Ambassadors Team Support: Manages all daily mission plans for the team- focusing on power zone structure. Outside-the-box thinking and creativity to ensure missions are continuously innovative and fresh for both consumers and team (administrative responsibility) Goes out on daily missions with team member to execute guerilla sampling initiatives Interacts with consumers on-site at all sampling opportunities and events Provides consistent feedback to FMM on inventory levels as well as infrastructure wear and tear Manage and track team's sampling and event photos - ensure the team is submitting quality, useable photos for recaps (10 photos per member per shift) Event/Demo Support: Event & Demo Logistics: Set up and tear down of event materials, loading product, greet and educate the audience on product line Work in conjunction with brand ambassadors at events to be the face of the brand   Position Requirements 1-3 years beverage field experience preferred Able to lift 50 lbs Able to work weekends   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift -not applicable-   Salary TBD, depending on experience   Position Field Marketing Team Lead - OC   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   This position is currently not accepting applications.
