The Paychex Corporate Applications Development Team is looking for an experienced Java Developer to join their team! A new member of this team will be responsible for building and maintaining applications and integrations for critical pillars within our organization (including Sales, Operations, Finance and Organizational Development). This team works with a variety of relevant technologies such as Openshift, Java 1.8, JSON API, REST API. In addition to building custom applications and services, the team also extends and integrates third-party applications which are critical to our business, such as SalesForce.com and Oracle E-Business Suite. Agile teams supporting the Corporate program, work in two-week sprints. Our releases leverage a Continuous Delivery pipeline which incorporates build, test and deployment automation to regularly deliver value to our partners. Some of our more recent or upcoming work is: •Integrated Unified Communications, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.com to improve the information available to our internal service providers •Integrated Oracle E-Business Suite with the Paychex ACH solution to support our next generation billing initiatives •Convert existing Corporate services from WebLogic 11g to an internal cloud platform using Tomcat and OpenShift What will you do as a Developer at Paychex? •Work as part of a team to design and develop innovative features for new and existing internal business functions •Provide Paychex employees with the tools they need to deliver world-class Services to our customers •Work in an agile environment where team collaboration is embraced •Work with new and exciting technologies, platforms and patterns to develop your skills/abilities and build success with a nationally recognized company Technologies/Knowledge: Java, PL/SQL, Web Services, Gradle, Jenkins, Oracle E-Business Suite Technologies (OA Framework, Oracle Workflow) |
