Description

Boundless, a community mental health agency serving Central Ohio and the surrounding areas, offering a variety of services designed to support the ongoing needs of our community. This includes customized and integrated care that combines behavioral counseling, psychological assessment, consultation, pharmacological management, center-based educational service, intensive behavioral intervention, speech therapy and case management services to help children, adolescents, young adults and individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically Autism Spectrum Disorders achieve the best outcomes at home, school and work.



To provide behavioral health counseling, psychological testing and consultation through the Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic (OBC) and for center-based consumers at Boundless - Step by Step Campus.



Boundless - Step by Step campus is currently looking for a full time Clinical Psychologist to work in our Worthington location.



Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



Primary job responsibility is to psychological testing for center-based individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically Autism Spectrum Disorders. Additionally, this position will provide therapy and psychological testing across a broad range of behavioral health issues impacting children, adolescents, young adults. This position is also expected to provide both work and training supervision to post-doctoral fellows and behavioral health staff within the context of State Board of Psychology regulations.



This is a Full- Time, Salaried position.



 
Position Requirements Qualifications and Skills:
Knowledge about and experience with developmental disabilities, specifically Autism Spectrum Disorders
Experience with a broad range of psychological testing
Broad knowledge of child, adolescent and young adult behavioral health issues
Familiarity and utilization of evidenced based interventions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Team focused approach to providing clinical care

Education:
Doctoral degree in Psychology with focus on pediatric or clinical child psychology
Completion of a specialized post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric or clinical child psychology is preferred

Licensure:
Currently licensed to practice Psychology in the State of Ohio or license-eligible in Ohio.
