Share Email Opening Title Corporate Recruiter  About the Organization kaléo is a new type of pharmaceutical company, dedicated to building innovative solutions for serious and life-threatening medical conditions.   Description PURPOSE, OBJECTIVES and FUNCTION: The Specialist, Talent Acquisition will be an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team by providing support to the function as well as the overall HR department. The role will be responsible for administering functions within the ATS, scheduling all components of the talent acquisition process, executing sourcing strategies and providing initial candidate recommendations to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by loading job descriptions into the job library, creating and posting requisitions, and moving candidates through appropriate workflows In conjunction with the Manager, Talent Acquisition, execute sourcing strategies such as niche job board postings, Boolean search setup, social recruiting methods, etc. Schedule various components of the process to include phone interviews, pre-interview team meetings, in-person interviews, and debrief meetings Perform initial resume review and provide recommendations to Manager, Talent Acquisition Conduct reference checks Create offer documentation and execute initial onboarding process Manage new hire gift inventory Schedule and coordinate new hire and monthly orientation Process expenses for candidate travel reimbursement and vendor invoices   Open Date 3/15/2018   Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting/Human Resources experience Strong desire to create a best in class talent acquisition experience for both candidates and hiring managers Proficient/advanced skills in the following technologies: Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
