Share Email Opening Title Cycle Work Merchandiser for Ongoing Retail Resets  About the Organization TIE, The In-Store Experts, is a leading retail reset provider filling the varied merchandising needs of national chain grocery and drug stores.   Location Maquoketa, IA   Description Are you a skilled merchandiser with retail, grocery, stocking, reset or new store set-up experience? Do you like working on a team, and having variety in your job? Then we would like to talk to you about immediate and ongoing cycle merchandising work. You will be on a small team, completing resets at various national chain retail locations in your area, in a new store each day. The project starts the week of 3-19; ongoing part time opportunities; 8 am start time with 6-8 hours a shift. Experience in retail, stocking, grocery or merchandising is required. Experience reading planograms, schematics or mods is preferred and helpful. Willingness to travel and having a flexible schedule are most ideal. Must have reliable transportation and if traveling further than 20 miles to store location, paid mileage will apply.   Position Requirements PLAN-O-GRAM EXPERIENCE PREFERRED START DATE: 3/19/18; ONGOING OPPORTUNITIES LOCATIONS: Davenport, Dubuque; Future projects in different locations START TIME: 8 AM; 6-8 hour shifts PROJECT: ONGOING RESETS, DIFFERENT STORE EACH DAY/WEEK, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 2-4 DAYS A WEEK PAY RATE: $12.50- 13.50 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE; PAID MILEAGE WHEN DRIVING FURTHER THAN 20 MILES TO STORE LOCATION BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: • Travel to store locations within 40-mile radius; may change store location each day and eventually have set route • Work on a small team to complete directives of the team lead • Duties may include, but are not limited to, resets, product rotation, stocking, displaying, and tagging merchandise according to retailer provided plan-o-grams/schematics • Maintain regular contact with your TIE Retail Solutions Manager via phone, texting, email and on-line reporting EXPERIENCE: • Experience in retail or grocery required. • Experience with plan-o-grams/schematics/visual diagrams is ideal • Merchandising experience strongly preferred • Proven customer service experience. QUALIFICATIONS: • Reliable and punctual, strong time-management skills • Adaptable to working in a team environment • Detail oriented, self-motivated • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive up to 40-mile radius • Ability to lift 25 lbs • Stand, bend and stoop consistently for full day shifts • Require a smartphone with data and texting, and valid email address for reliable communication • Maintain professional appearance at all times and abide by dress code   Open Date 3/14/2018   Req Number MER-18-00245   This position is currently not accepting applications.
